As part of our process, we order a number of documents that we'll need to review. Some of those documents will come from the county and some will come from your title company.
We have all of the documents to begin our initial review. Sometimes we have everything we need after our first document requests. For some properties, though, we may need to gather additional documents or information before we can make a decision. This stage of the process sometimes takes a little time. Bare with us, the goal is exhaust our efforts to help qualify your property for title insurance.
