Title companies and underwriters have a difference of opinion with cities and counties regarding what is required in the tax sale process. After meeting with both sides, we identified the gaps and knew we could “Bridge the Gap to Title Insurance.”
Our team has managed the quiet title and foreclosure processes for over 15 years. Our expertise allows Title Bridge to issue our “Title Bridge Certificate” through our vetted process with approved title underwriters.
